WORCESTER, Mass. —The Assumption University women's basketball team is back in the Northeast 10 Conference Championship, as Southern New Hampshire University in the first round of the NE10 Championship.
 
No. 3 Assumption University Greyhounds 
THE SEASON TO THIS POINT
Record: 20-6 (12-6 NE10), 10-2 at home, 9-4 on the road, 1-0 at neutral sites. 

• Assumption has the seventh scoring offense (59.2) in the conference, while their scoring defense ranks second (53.6) and 11^th nationally. 
• Despite two All-NE10 performers in Molly Stokes and Marina Callahan, the Greyhounds have their third 20+ win season in the last four years. 
• At home, scoring has come easily for the 2023 NCAA East Regional MVP, as Teagan Curran has averaged 16.7 points per game, while pulling down 3.7 rebounds. She has shot .398 percent from the floor and .371 from long range. 
• Assumption was picked third in the latest NCAA East Regional Rankings.

• This is the 41^st year that Assumption has reached the Northeast 10 Conference Championship; they are 23-40 overall. 
• The Greyhounds are seeking their first NE10 Championship in program history, as they have been the runner-ups twice (2013, 2025) 

No. 6 Southern New Hampshire University Penmen
THE SEASON TO THIS POINT
Record: 13-12 (8-10 NE10), 7-3 at home, 4-8 on the road, 2-1 at neutral.

• Southern New Hampshire has the fifth ranked scoring offense (64.5), while ranking ninth in scoring defense (63.0). 
• The Penmen were picked tied for seventh in the NE10 Preseason Coaches Poll. 
• SNHU's offense has been hit or miss this season, as they had a season-high 85 points at American International on Jan. 31, while also having three games under 55 points.
