Brown and Connolly named to NEWISA Senior Bowl

WORCESTER, Mass. — The Assumption University women's soccer team had two student-athletes named to the New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association Senior Bowl, as announced by the association.
 
The NEWISA Senior Bowl brings together players from NCAA Division I, II, and III colleges in New England for one final game following the conclusion of their last collegiate season. This year, the NEWISA Senior Bowl will be held at noon on Dec. 7, 2025, at East Boston Memorial Field. 
 
Haley Brown and Rose Connolly represented the Greyhounds on the Senior Bowl team. Brown appeared in 53 games with 44 starts, where she scored four goals and had five assists for 13 career points. She scored one career game-winning goal on Sept. 18, 2024, against the University of Maine at Fort Kent. 

Connolly has played in 53 games for the Greyhounds with 42 starts, as she registered three goals and six assists for 12 points from the outside back position. Connolly has one career game-winner, which came on Oct. 15, 2023, against New Haven in a 4-1 win.
