WORCESTER, Mass. – Despite 31 saves from
Carissa Mudrak, the Assumption University women's ice hockey team dropped their sixth-straight contest, as the Greyhounds fell to Post University in New England Women's Hockey Alliance action Saturday evening at the Worcester Ice Center.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
After a scoreless first period, Post was the first team to score in the second, as Noa Faberman redirected the wrist shot from Jodie Rose at the 14:30 mark. The Eagles would add an insurance goal in the third period, as Rowyn Ringor picked up an unassisted goal 3:49 into the frame. Assumption would pull their netminder for the final 1:17 of regulation but could not find the back of the cage.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
- Marissa Mudrak recorded 31 saves in the crease for the Greyhounds.
- Post outshot Assumption 33-23 while also winning 33-of-62 faceoffs.
- Neither team scored on the power play since there were no penalties.
