The Lead: Junior Ryan Foster (Bloomfield, Conn. / Classical Magnet) won two straight sets 6-1, 6-1 No. 2 singles to earn the only win, as the Hounds fell 8-1 on their senior day. 

HOW IT HAPPENED:

- The Hounds were swept 3-0 in doubles play. No. 1 doubles duo, seniors Chris Waung (Bolton, Conn./ East Catholic) and Marco Leung (Macao/ The International School of Macao) faced Brendan McCarthy and George Samander, dropping the match 8-6. Dylan Granat and Chase Rosa paired at No. 2 singles to defeat Foster and Danny Waung (Bolton, Conn. / East Catholic) 8-4. Seniors Tom Knight (Wilbraham, Mass. /Minnechaug Regional) and Casey Hodor (North Kingstown, R.I. /Bishop Hendricken) lost 8-0 to Michael Fuca and Brett Gilman at No. 3. 

- At No. 2 singles Foster won the lone match for Assumption defeating Samander in two sets 6-1, 6-1.
